The Alma vShape Ultra System (also marketed as Accent Ultra V) is a multi-application RF and ultrasound platform for non-invasive body contouring, fat reduction, and skin tightening. It combines bipolar/unipolar radiofrequency (RF) handpieces with selective ultrasound technology, giving clinics a single workstation for both face and body treatments.

How It Works
The system's ultrasound handpieces (UltraFace / UltraBody) use shear-wave ("Cold" mode) and compression-wave ("Hot" mode) acoustic energy tuned to the resonance frequency of fat, selectively disrupting fat cells for the body to clear naturally. The RF handpieces (UniFace / UniLarge / UniBody) deliver controlled radiofrequency energy — typically in the 70-90 W range per treatment side — to raise and maintain skin temperature in the 104-111.2°F (40-44°C) therapeutic window, stimulating collagen remodeling for firmer, tighter skin. A Pixel RF handpiece (fractional, unipolar) is also available for scars, stretch marks, and skin resurfacing at typical spike energies of 45-56 Watts.
