It pairs a dedicated 2D camera with 3D optical scanning in a single wand, so clinicians can move between photo/video documentation and full digital impressions without switching devices.
Its optical system captures at 20mm scan depth with a 360° rotational tip, completing a full-arch scan in roughly 59 seconds, and the tips are autoclavable for up to 250 cycles. Fly AI processing automatically filters out soft tissue, tongue, and glove intrusions during capture, reducing stitching errors and re-scans, while a live Quality Map lets the operator confirm coverage before finishing a case.
The companion 3DISC Clinic and Scan&Tell software turns raw scans into interactive 3D visuals and 2D stills that clinicians can use chairside to walk patients through treatment options, which is intended to raise case acceptance. Finished cases export in STL, OBJ, or PLY for direct hand-off to labs or CAD/CAM design software, and an occlusal clearance check is built in for crown-and-bridge planning.
