The Cynosure PicoSure is the world's first 755nm picosecond aesthetic laser, engineered for tattoo removal and skin revitalization with minimal thermal damage. Its picosecond (trillionth-of-a-second) pulse duration creates a photomechanical, rather than purely photothermal, impact on target tissue.
The system operates at three wavelengths — 532nm, 755nm, and 1064nm — making it effective across a broad range of tattoo ink colors and pigmentary conditions. The 755nm channel targets black, blue, and green inks, while the 532nm wavelength addresses harder-to-treat "sunset colors" (red, yellow, orange). PicoSure is also FDA-cleared to treat melasma, nevus of Ota, and Hori's nevus — conditions not all picosecond devices are cleared for.
With the addition of the FOCUS™ Lens Array, the same platform performs skin revitalization: creating microscopic photomechanical reactions in the epidermis that stimulate collagen and elastin production, reducing acne scars, wrinkles, and pore size with virtually no downtime. Customizable spot sizes (2–6mm, 8mm, 10mm) support tailored treatment across indications, backed by more than 25 published clinical studies.
MedicalZenith supplies the Cynosure PicoSure to clinics and hospitals across Indonesia, with full documentation support for import and installation.
