The InMode BodyTite is a minimally invasive radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) system that combines internal fat coagulation with external skin tightening in a single procedure — delivering results previously achievable only through more extensive excisional surgery.
The device uses a bipolar applicator with an internal, coated electrode inserted through a small incision and an external electrode moved across the skin surface. RF energy flows between the two, liquefying fat for aspiration while simultaneously heating the papillary dermis to contract connective tissue (the fibro-septal network) and stimulate new collagen production. Real-time internal (50–70°C) and external (up to 43°C) temperature monitoring, plus impedance-based safety controls, keep heating consistent and prevent over- or under-treatment.
