The Acteon Air-N-Go Easy is a dual-purpose air polisher built to handle both supragingival stain removal and subgingival biofilm management from a single adaptable handpiece — no swapping devices between a routine prophylaxis appointment and periodontal maintenance. It connects directly to a practice's existing high-speed handpiece line (KaVo, W&H, Bien-Air, Sirona, or Midwest adaptors), so start-up is immediate with no separate console required.
In Supra mode, the unit is used with Acteon's sodium bicarbonate-based Classic or calcium carbonate-based Pearl powders for everyday stain and plaque removal that's gentle on enamel and soft tissue. In Perio mode, four dedicated Air-N-Go nozzles (Maintenance, PERIO easy, PERIO, and PERIO Maintenance) direct a low-abrasion, glycine-based Perio powder subgingivally, a treatment that's been clinically shown to reduce subgingival biofilm and is labeled safe for use around implant surfaces — useful for peri-implantitis protocols.
