Acteon Mini LED SuperCharged Curing Light

The Acteon Mini LED SuperCharged is the most powerful cordless curing light in the Acteon MiniLED range, engineered for clinicians who need dependable, high-output polymerization across virtually every restorative material on the market. Built around a single high-performance LED, the unit delivers outstanding curing power without a cooling fan, keeping the handpiece quiet and reducing any risk of cross-contamination through airflow.

Power That Adapts to the Case

Output reaches up to 2,000 mW/cm² with the standard 7.5 mm light guide, or up to 3,000 mW/cm² when paired with the optional 5.5 mm guide — giving practitioners the flexibility to match intensity to cavity depth and composite shade. A broad 420–480 nm emission spectrum ensures compatibility with the most common photo-initiators, including camphorquinone and PPD/TPO-based systems.

Three Curing Modes for Every Clinical Situation

  • Fast Mode — Full-power exposure at 3, 4, 5, or 10 seconds for quick, efficient polymerization.
  • Pulse Mode — 5 or 10 one-second flashes that limit heat build-up for added pulpal safety.
  • Ramping Mode — A gradual power increase over 6+3 or 10+5 second cycles to minimize composite shrinkage stress and improve marginal seal.

Designed for Everyday Use

The lightweight, cordless handpiece (approx. 160 g) is finished in robust aluminum for a comfortable, secure grip during long procedures. A backlit display shows the active mode, cure time, and battery status at a glance, while a memory function automatically recalls the last mode and duration used — reducing chair-time setup between patients. The charging base includes a built-in radiometer, so output can be verified at any time without extra equipment.

Safety and Compliance

Classified as a Class II, Type B medical device, the Mini LED SuperCharged is built to established dental safety standards and is suitable for use on vital teeth without raising pulpal temperature to unsafe levels.

This is frequently paired with Dr's Finder NEO Apex Locator and Medit Identica Hybrid with Exocad for sale for a more complete setup.

Contraindications Refer to the manufacturer's current instructions for use (IFU), contraindications, warnings, and local regulatory requirements.
